Råg Levain

Tasty rustic sourdough bread with malt and sprouted rye kernels. Simply baked with flour from our own mill and few ingredients. Enjoy its golden baked crust and mildly acidic taste.



Wheat flour, water, sourdough of durum wheat and rye (10 %), sprouted rye kernels (10 %), wheat gluten, yeast, barley malt, salt.
