Pågen Råg Levain is a rustic sour-dough bread with malt and sprouted rye kernels. We use fine ingredients from the South of Sweden and bake with few ingredients. Enjoy the golden baked crust and the mildly tarted flavor.
Wheat flour (55 %), water, sourdough of durum wheat and rye (10 %), sprouted rye kernels (10 %), wheat gluten, barley malt (1 %), yeast, salt.
