Pågen Levain is an unsweetened sour-dough bread, baked with sun-dried wheat produced by farmers from the South of Sweden. We only bake with few ingredients and use the very best ones.
Wheat flour, water, sourdough of durum wheat and rye (10 %), yeast, barley malt, salt.
