Guldkorn

Light coarse-grained bread baked using our four cereals – wheat, oats, barley and rye. The bread has a mild, round taste with a slightly sweet-sour hint of honey and our own sourdough.

Wheat flour, water, wheat and wholemeal rye sourdough*, sifted rye flour, syrup, wholemeal wheat flour*, chopped wholegrain rye*, wheat gluten, flaxseeds, scalded wheat flour, oat flour*, barley flour, rapeseed oil, wheat germs, barley and wheat malt, yeast, salt.

Total content of wheat, rye, barley and oat: 65%.

*Wholegrain content: 13%, equivalent to 19% of dry weight.
