Help yourself! This is a superb coarse bread for all the family. Gott Gräddat is a moist, rich bread, baked with wholemeal rye and sourdough. This fabulous combination is made even better with the addition of sun-ripened Swedish apple. But the best of all is that Gott Gräddat is big enough to last for so many great sandwich creations. It's really great!
Wheat flour, water, wholemeal rye flour*, syrup, sifted rye flour, chopped wholegrain rye*, apple jelly 2.5% (sugar, apple, water, acid (citric acid, ascorbic acid)), wheat gluten, wheat and rye sourdough (2%), wheat germ, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt and wheat bran.
*Wholegrain content: 18%, equivalent to 25% of dry weight.
