Hönökaka

Soft, juicy and baked according to our original recipe since 1952. Hönökaka is originally from Hönö in the archipelago of Bohuslän, south-west Sweden. It is a bread tradition that we are proud to pass on. So enjoy a deliciously tasty golden-roasted Hönökaka – classic fresh bread from the West Coast.

Wheat flour, water, sugar, sifted rye flour, rapeseed oil, whole rye flour, sea salt, wheat sourdough, wheat gluten, vegetable emulsifier mono- and diglycerides mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters (sunflower, rapeseed), yeast, barley malt and salt.
