Hönökaka

Soft, juicy and baked according to our original recipe since 1952. Hönökaka is originally from Hönö in the archipelago of Bohuslän, south-west Sweden. It is a bread tradition that we are proud to pass on. So enjoy a deliciously tasty golden-roasted Hönökaka – classic fresh bread from the West Coast.

Wheat flour, water, sugar, wheat gluten, rapeseed oil, wheat sourdough, whole rye flour, sea salt, barley malt, yeast, vegetable emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (sunflower, rapeseed).
