Längtan
It's easy to enjoy Längtan!
The name means 'desire' or 'longing', and is perfect for those who want an intensely tasty sandwich! The malt and the chopped wholegrain rye gives Längtan a wonderful full-bodied character and to make the bread really moist, we bake it using sourdough.

Wheat flour, water, chopped wholegrain rye (11%), syrup (glucose, sucrose and fructose), barley malt, yeast, wheat gluten, rapeseed oil, wheat sourdough (2.3%), wholemeal flour, sifted rye flour, salt, sugar and malt vinegar.
