More lingonberries and less sugar makes LingonGrova Special a rather more healthy option. It also packs in wheat kernels, chopped rye and sunflower seeds for a great mouthful every bite.
Wheat flour, water, rye flour, wheat kernels*, wholemeal rye flour*, rye and wheat sourdough (5%), wheat gluten, barley wort, wholemeal flour*, yeast, sunflower seeds, sugar, rapeseed oil, lingonberries (2.0%), chopped wholegrain rye*, redcurrants, barley and rye malt flour, and salt.
*Wholegrain content: 20%, equivalent to 30% of dry weight
