Complaints
In case of complaints, Pågen must collect certain personal data to administer the case and keep in contact with the person who has complained.

Personal data we collect is:

  • E-mail address and/or telephone number if necessary.
  • The circumstances surrounding the purchase of the product
  • Bank details (if required)
  • Social security number (if required)

We will delete all personal data that has been registered during the case twenty four months after the case is closed. No data is stored longer than is required to handle the complaint.

Contests
By accepting the terms of a competition you agree that the personal data you submit when submitting entries will be processed in order to administer the competition.

When publishing winners of the competition, personal data such as name, surname and city will be published on www.pagen.com/campaigns/

Personal data we collect is:

  • E-mail address and telephone number
  • Your competition entry

We will delete all material containing personal data about a month after the end of the competition and we no longer need personal data to administer the competition.

Recruitment
Unfortunately we don’t have the opportunity to receive job applications through our international website. Therefore, we kindly ask you to apply to vacancies that are posted on our local websites. Some personal data will be required to evaluate your application when you apply for a job at Pågen. We will obtain your consent when you submit your application for employment.

Personal data we collect is:

  • Year of birth or social security number
  • Address, postcode and city
  • Information provided in your CV

The above-mentioned personal data is processed during the application period and will be deleted 24 months after the post has been filled.

Pager never sells or forwards personal data to anyone else.

However, Pågen has chosen to outsource certain services to external parties who process personal data on Pågen´s behalf. In these cases, there is a processor agreement with the party to ensure that personal data is handled correctly and in accordance with current regulations.

If Pågen has chosen to allow third parties to process personal data on behalf of Pågen, this will always take place within the EU.
