KRISPROLLS® Swedish Meatballs


  • 1 1/2 dl milk  
  • 5 tbsp crushed KRISPROLLS
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1/2 onion – peeled and grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • butter


Mix the milk and KRISPROLLS crumbs. Soak for 10 minutes. Add the minced meat, onion, egg, salt, pepper and sugar to the crumb mixture. Mix until smooth. Moisten hands with cold water and shape the meatballs. Fry a few at a time in butter, shaking the pan occasionally so that the meatballs roll around and retain their shape. Serve the meatballs with boiled or mashed potatoes.
