We have everything from keyhole-labelled, unsweetened bread to Gifflar (pastry) and Krisprolls (Swedish toasts). There’s something for everyone in our range.
Serves 6 people
Crumble the cheese with a fork in a bowl, adding cottage cheese a little at a time, until the spread is soft. The spread should be a bit grainy. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the canned pears. If you are using fresh pears, peel them first and add a few drops of lemon juice to avoid them darkening. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the KRISPROLLS and then add the sliced pears. Decorate with shredded orange peel and lemon balm.
