KRISPROLLS® Creamy Chocolate


Serves 6 people 

  • 12 pcs KRISPROLLS 
  • 175 g mascarpone
  • 2 dl of cream
  • vanilla sugar 
  • about 1.5 tablespoons strong espresso 
  • chocolate shavings and lemon balm for decoration


Whip cream until stiff, flavour with 1-2 teaspoon vanilla sugar and mix gently with mascarpone until smooth. Soak the KRISPROLLS in the espresso. Scoop up the mascarpone-paste with a spoon and add two nicely shaped “eggs” per KRISPROLLS. Garnish with shaved chocolate and lemon balm.
