Hamburgers with garlic and chilli mayonnaise
Nothing beats a homemade burger. Sink your teeth into this delicious burger with garlic and chili mayonnaise that gives f an extra twist of flavour.
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 x Pågen’s Brioche Gourmet Hamburger bread
- 600g minced beef
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
- ½ green zucchini
- 12 radishes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 ½ dl mayonnaise ½ grated garlic clove ½ dl chili sauce
- 1 spring onion
Method
Directions
- Mix the minced beef and sambal oelek with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into four patties.
- Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic and chili sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties.
- Meanwhile, grate the zucchini, slice the peppers, shred the spring unions and slice the radishes thinly.
- Spread dressing on both the top and bottom of the bread.
- Add the other ingredients in any order.
