Hamburgers with Brioche Gourmet Hamburger bread
Who doesn't like hamburgers? Top the burger with cheese, bacon and serve in our brioche bread for that extra tasty experience.
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 Brioche Gourmet Hamburger buns
- Pickled gherkin
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 4 raw red onion rings
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (the darker reddish)
Hamburgers
- 500 g of minced beef
- 1 tbsp chipotle paste (available in the taco shelf)
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- Butter for frying
Method
Directions
- Mix the mince with chipotle paste, salt and pepper.
- Shape into four patties with wet hands.
- Fry in butter 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add the slices of cheese at the end
- Put the hamburger together with lettuce, pickles, one red onion ring, bacon and dressing of your choice.
- Roll in waxed paper.
