Hamburgers with Brioche Gourmet Hamburger bread

Who doesn't like hamburgers? Top the burger with cheese, bacon and serve in our brioche bread for that extra tasty experience.


Serves 4

  • 4 Brioche Gourmet Hamburger buns
  • Pickled gherkin
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon
  • 4 raw red onion rings
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese (the darker reddish)


  • 500 g of minced beef
  • 1 tbsp chipotle paste (available in the taco shelf)
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • Butter for frying



  1. Mix the mince with chipotle paste, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into four patties with wet hands.
  3. Fry in butter 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the slices of cheese at the end
  5. Put the hamburger together with lettuce, pickles, one red onion ring, bacon and dressing of your choice.
  6. Roll in waxed paper.
