Hot burger with fresh chili and Sambal Oelek


Serves 4

  • 1 package of Pågen Brioche Gourmet Hamburger buns
  • ½ box of yellow cocktail tomatoes
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chili
  • Olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • Crispy lettuce
  • Pot of fresh coriander
  • Roasted onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • 4 tbsp crème fraiche
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sambal Oelek



  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing and place in the fridge.
  2. cut the chili in two and remove the seeds and the white inside.

3.Finely chop and place in a bowl.

  1. Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix everything together with the minced meat.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Shape into 4 patties and brush with olive oil.
  4. Grill the patties and then put the hamburger together.
  5. Start with lettuce, patties, dressing and red onion.
  6. Top with roasted onions and coriander.
  7. Serve with oven-roasted potato wedges.
