Turkey sausage with fresh fennel slaw
Fennel and apple fit together like egg and bacon or cake and birthdays. Being healthier is a bonus.
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 Pågen hot dog rolls
- 4 turkey sausages
- 1 fennel
- 1 apple
- ½ dl mayonnaise
- roasted onions
- lettuce
Method
Directions
- Finely cut the fennel finely using a slicer and chop the apple into fine pieces.
- Mix the fennel and apple with mayonnaise.
- Cut the sausage lengthwise and fry them.
- Place the lettuce in the hot dog roll and add the sausage.
- Top with fennel slaw and sprinkle with roasted onions. Season with pepper.
