Gifflar Trifle

Enjoy this quick new take on the classic English trifle using Pågen’s Gifflar.


  • Double cream
  • Custard cream
  • Berries



  1. Cut the Gifflar into smaller pieces.
  2. Whisk the double cream and custard cream separately.
  3. Layer the ingredients in a glass jar.
  4. Start with a layer of Gifflar, then cream, berries, custard and Gifflar again.
  5. Fill the bowl and top with berries.

Voila – trifle.
