Fresh sandwich on Durum Lantbröd
Cream cheese, spinach, watercress and fresh tomatoes. The perfect lunch sandwich.
Ingredients
4 sandwiches
- Spinach Cream
- 65 g baby spinach
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 50 g baby plum tomatoes
- 1 pct watercress
Directions
- Rinse the spinach and allow the water to drain.
- Mix together the cream cheese, Dijon mustard and honey.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the spinach with the cream cheese mix.
- Pour the mixture into a jar and put into the fridge.
- Stir before serving and spread on bread.
- Top with tomatoes and watercress.
