Fresh sandwich on Durum Lantbröd

Cream cheese, spinach, watercress and fresh tomatoes. The perfect lunch sandwich.


Ingredients

4 sandwiches

  • Spinach Cream
  • 65 g baby spinach
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. 50 g baby plum tomatoes
  2. 1 pct watercress

Directions

  1. Rinse the spinach and allow the water to drain.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, Dijon mustard and honey.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the spinach with the cream cheese mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a jar and put into the fridge.
  6. Stir before serving and spread on bread.
  7. Top with tomatoes and watercress.
