French toast with Gifflar

Offer a surprise. Freshly baked poor knights made on Pågen Gifflar cinnamon.


  • 1 coffee cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • about 1 dl milk
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Caramel sauce
  • Fresh berries



  1. Mix together flour, eggs and milk.
  2. Turn Gifflar Cinnamon into the batter and fry them in butter in a frying pan.
  3. Turn the hot Gifflar into sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Serve with caramel sauce and fresh berries. Eat and enjoy!
