Gifflar + chocolate = true

A quick and easy dessert in a cup filled with delicious cinnamon Gifflar and wonderful chocolate brownie dough. Topped with cream, sprinkle topping and a beautifully cut Gifflar. A guaranteed taste success when you want to treat yourself or impress guests after dinner.


One serving

  • 2 pcs Pågen Gifflar Kanel (cinnamon)
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 g chocolate
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp of double cream or milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt



  1. Melt the butter in a microwave.
  2. Chop the Gifflar and place in the bottom of a fresh cup.
  3. Crush the chocolate, mix with the other ingredients and pour the dough over the Gifflar.
  4. Place in the microwave at 700W for 1.5 minutes.
  5. Make a beautiful hand fan out of a Gifflar and top with whipped cream and chocolate balls or berries.
