Surdegsgoda is baked on rye from south Sweden, sourdough, sunflower seeds, beer malt and cold pressed canola oil. Great for breakfast and lunch, and for enjoying with a cheese platter or a buffet.
Water, wholemeal flour* and kernels* of rye (27%), wheat flour, syrup, sourdough of wheat and rye (12%), sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, beer-malt of malted barley and hops (3%), flaxseeds, (2%), cold-pressed rapeseed oil (1%), yeast, salt, wholemeal durum flour and licorice.
* Wholegrain content: 30%, equivalent to 40% of dry weight.
