Surdegsgoda is a rustic and juicy bread baked with rye from the South Swedish region Skåne. The bread contains 40% wholegrain and cold-squeezed rapeseed oil from Österlen, which gives a round and fully flavor. We use our own sourdough and added corneal and hops for the sake of the good flavor.

Water, wholemeal flour* and kernels* of rye , wheat flour, syrup, sourdough of rye and wheat (12%), sunflower seeds, beer-malt of malted barley and hops, wheat gluten, linseed (2%), cold-pressed rapeseed oil (1%) , salt, yeast, wholemeal durum flour and licorice.

* Wholegrain content: 30%, equivalent to 40% of dry weight.
