Our Sourdough breads
Scandinavian summers are cool with light evenings. It is light for almost a full 24 hours, which provides additional growing power to the seeds in Sweden's best grain growing areas. For our sourdough bread, we grind seeds in our own mills. This is bread for those who want to make natural and healthy choices for their lifestyle and well-being.
