We’ve been baking bread for over 140 years and would love to share our knowledge about bread and baking. Everything from useful tips for home bakers to interesting facts about bread, storage, health and nutrition.

Everyone has different tastes – and that's wonderful. We want to be a helping hand for everyday life filled with good moments and flavours. Our bread makes every meal better. We have everything from keyhole-labelled, unsweetened bread to Gifflar (pastry) and Krisprolls (Swedish toasts). There’s something for everyone in our range.
Everyone can make street food! Choose your: 1) bread 2) main ingredients 3) filling mixture and 4) vegetables. Here are a few tips for mixes and accompaniments that you can have with your street food meals.
Chilli aioli
Mix together sambal oelek with finely-chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper.
Miso mayo
Mix together miso paste with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper.
Dijon crème
Mix together natural soft cheese and Dijon mustard to taste. Add salt and pepper.
Guacamole
Mash avocado and add salt, chilli, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
Mustard glaze
Mix equal amounts of Swedish Skåne mustard and orange marmalade.
Pepper crème
Mix together Ajvar roasted red pepper sauce with natural soft cheese and crème fraiche. Add salt and pepper.
Sundried tomato crème
Mix sundried tomatoes with natural soft cheese, to taste. Add salt and pepper.
Sweet chilli dressing
Mix sweet chilli sauce with crème fraiche, to taste. Add salt and pepper.
