  • 1 Hönökaka
  • Butter
  • Rocket leaves
  • 200 g peeled prawns
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp finely-chopped onion
  • Dill tops
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • 150 g crème fraiche
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp bleak roe or other roe


  1. Roughly chop the prawns, egg, dill and chives and put into a bowl.
  2. Chop the onion very finely and add to the bowl.
  3. Add crème fraiche, mayonnaise and roe. Careful stir the ingredients together.
  4. Divide a Hönökaka into the desired size. Spread the butter on the bread, divide the rocket and add a slice of the Hönöröra on top.
