Hamburgers with garlic and chilli mayonnaise

Nothing beats a homemade burger. Sink your teeth into this delicious burger with garlic and chili mayonnaise that gives f an extra twist of flavour.


Serves 4

  • 4 x Pågen’s Brioche Gourmet Hamburger bread
  • 600g minced beef
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • ½ green zucchini
  • 12 radishes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 ½ dl mayonnaise ½ grated garlic clove ½ dl chili sauce
  • 1 spring onion



  1. Mix the minced beef and sambal oelek with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into four patties.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic and chili sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the patties.
  6. Meanwhile, grate the zucchini, slice the peppers, shred the spring unions and slice the radishes thinly.
  7. Spread dressing on both the top and bottom of the bread.
  8. Add the other ingredients in any order.
