Gifflar + chocolate = true
A quick and easy dessert in a cup filled with delicious cinnamon Gifflar and wonderful chocolate brownie dough. Topped with cream, sprinkle topping and a beautifully cut Gifflar. A guaranteed taste success when you want to treat yourself or impress guests after dinner.
Ingredients
One serving
- 2 pcs Pågen Gifflar Kanel (cinnamon)
- 30 g butter
- 3 g chocolate
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp of double cream or milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
Directions
- Melt the butter in a microwave.
- Chop the Gifflar and place in the bottom of a fresh cup.
- Crush the chocolate, mix with the other ingredients and pour the dough over the Gifflar.
- Place in the microwave at 700W for 1.5 minutes.
- Make a beautiful hand fan out of a Gifflar and top with whipped cream and chocolate balls or berries.
