Farmer’s toast with halloumi
Festive and tasty toast with ayvar and grilled halloumi
Ingredients
4 sandwiches
- 4 slices Pågenlimpan
- 400 g halloumi
- 1 dl crème fraiche
- 1 dl ayvar
- 8 mushrooms
- 50 g alpha sprouts
- 1 small sachet of mixed salad
Method
Directions
- Mix the crème fraiche with ayvar, salt and pepper.
- Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- Divide the halloumi into eight pieces and grill.
- Make the sandwiches with the ayvar mix, mixed salad and mushrooms.
- Top with freshly grilled cheese and bean sprouts.
