Chocolate-dipped Gifflar
Who needs pralines when you can dip Gifflar in chocolate?
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Gifflar Cinnamon and/or 1 packet of Gifflar Vanilla
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Melt each type of chocolate and 1 tbsp coconut oil separately in a bowl over a water bath.
- Dip the Cinnamon Gifflar and Vanilla Gifflar into the melted chocolate (using barbecue skewers helps here).
- Let the chocolate-dipped Gifflar set in the fridge on parchment paper for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
