Burger with cheese, ham, spicy cabbage salad and crisps.
Ingredients
- Hamburger bread
- Minced beef
- Cabbage
- Mayonnaise
- Coriander
- Chili
- Garlic
- Lemon zest
- Cumin
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crisps
Tip: Mix with onions, garlic powder and veal consommé in the minced beef for extra flavour.
Method
Directions
- Mix the minced beef with salt, pepper (onion, garlic powder and veal consommé as a bonus). Shape into patties and grill. Add a tasty slice of cheese and ham.
- Shred the cabbage, season the mayonnaise with fresh coriander, chili, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, cumin and honey.
- Grill the hamburger bun and put the burger together with crisps in the bottom.
Tip. Serve with pickled red onion or avocado guacamole.
