Hamburger bread
Minced beef
Cabbage
Mayonnaise
Coriander
Chili
Garlic
Lemon zest
Cumin
Honey

Tip: Mix with onions, garlic powder and veal consommé in the minced beef for extra flavour.
Method
Directions
Mix the minced beef with salt, pepper (onion, garlic powder and veal consommé as a bonus). Shape into patties and grill. Add a tasty slice of cheese and ham.
Shred the cabbage, season the mayonnaise with fresh coriander, chili, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, cumin and honey.
Grill the hamburger bun and put the burger together with crisps in the bottom.
Tip. Serve with pickled red onion or avocado guacamole.
