Our stone oven-baked GrötBräck takes its inspiration from Denmark, where bread is baked together to be extra juicy. With filling oatmeal and good seeds it´s an obvious choice on the breakfast table!
Wheat flour, water, whole wheat flour*, oats*, sunflower seeds (5%), syrup, flaxseeds (3%), barley grains* (2%), durum wheat flour, wheat gluten, wheat sourdough, whole rye flour*, rapeseed oil, yeast, cane sugar, iodized salt, vegetable emulsifier (mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (rapeseed)), stabilizer (xanthan gum).
The bread is baked with 30% porridge, of which 20% consists of oats.
*Wholegrain content: 26%, equivalent to 34% of dry weight.
