Gifflar Trifle
Enjoy this quick new take on the classic English trifle using Pågen’s Gifflar.
Ingredients
- Double cream
- Custard cream
- Berries
Method
Directions
- Cut the Gifflar into smaller pieces.
- Whisk the double cream and custard cream separately.
- Layer the ingredients in a glass jar.
- Start with a layer of Gifflar, then cream, berries, custard and Gifflar again.
- Fill the bowl and top with berries.
Voila – trifle.
