Gifflar dessert with frosting and berries
Delicious dessert made from Gifflar, berries and a touch of vanilla.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Pågen Gifflar Vanilj (vanilla)
- 250 g of berries, preferably raspberries
Frosting
- 100 g. cream cheese
- 25 g. melted butter
- 1 tbsp milk (3% fat)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl icing sugar
Method
Directions
- Frosting: Whisk together cream cheese, melted butter, milk and vanilla sugar to a smooth, fluffy dough. Stir in the icing sugar.
- Divide the Gifflar into pieces and place them in a dish, such as a pie dish.
- Spread the berries in the dish.
- Heat the whole dish in a microwave, about 20 seconds, so that the Gifflar and berries become lukewarm.
- Drizzle over the frosting and serve as dessert.
Tip.
For a fresher tasting frosting, add a little grated lemon zest in the mixture.
Love chocolate? Change the icing sugar in the frosting with chocolate flavoured icing sugar.
