Fried egg sandwich


  • 1 slice of your choice of bread  
  • 1 egg  
  • butter


  1. Cut out a heart shape from the middle of the slice, using a cookie cutter.  
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.  
  3. Fry the bread on one side until golden brown.  
  4. Flip the slice and crack the egg into the centre cut-out.  
  5. Fry until the egg is cooked through.  


Tip: A spot of tomato ketchup with this sandwich is excellent!
