Corky Crumble

Our beloved Gifflar are perfect for turning into little monsters, ghosts, and other frightfully delicious creations. Let your imagination run wild and make your Halloween treats a crafty celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 sweet Gifflar bun​
  • Dark baking chocolate​
  • White sugar paste​
  • Sugar eyes​
  • Glucose syrup​
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave until it’s smooth and shiny.
  2. Dip the top of the bun in melted dark chocolate for a stylish chocolatey hairdo, and let it set just a little, then place the eyes right in the swirl.
  3. Shape tiny horns and sharp fangs from the sugar paste and attach them with a dab of chocolate or glucose syrup. Add some colorful sprinkles if you’d like, to give Corky Crumble a playful finishing touch.
