Ingredients
1 sweet Gifflar bun
Dark baking chocolate
White sugar paste
Sugar eyes
Glucose syrup
Sprinkles (optional)
Method
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave until it’s smooth and shiny.
Dip the top of the bun in melted dark chocolate for a stylish chocolatey hairdo, and let it set just a little, then place the eyes right in the swirl.
Shape tiny horns and sharp fangs from the sugar paste and attach them with a dab of chocolate or glucose syrup. Add some colorful sprinkles if you’d like, to give Corky Crumble a playful finishing touch.
