Bitey Bun

Our beloved Gifflar are perfect for turning into little monsters, ghosts, and other frightfully delicious creations. Let your imagination run wild and make your Halloween treats a crafty celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 sweet Gifflar bun​
  • White baking chocolate​
  • White sugar paste​
  • Sugar eyes​
  • Glucose syrup​
  • 1 toothpick​
  • Black sprinkles (Sugar strands)

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave until it’s smooth and shiny.
  2. Dip the top of your Gifflar in the melted white chocolate to give it a spooky little cap, and let it set slightly, then decorate with black sprinkles for extra character.
  3. Attach the eyes to the top of your Gifflar. Finally, cut sharp fangs out of sugar paste, and stick them on so your Bitey Bun looks ready to nibble!
