Ingredients
1 sweet Gifflar bun
White baking chocolate
White sugar paste
Sugar eyes
Glucose syrup
1 toothpick
Black sprinkles (Sugar strands)
Method
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave until it’s smooth and shiny.
Dip the top of your Gifflar in the melted white chocolate to give it a spooky little cap, and let it set slightly, then decorate with black sprinkles for extra character.
Attach the eyes to the top of your Gifflar. Finally, cut sharp fangs out of sugar paste, and stick them on so your Bitey Bun looks ready to nibble!
