A warm Gifflar dessert

This autumn's tastiest and easiest dessert starts with Gifflar. Serve straight from the oven for maximum tastiness!


Ingredients

For two servings you’ll need:
  • 2 small bowls
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml milk and 25 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 packet of Gifflar Cinnamon
  • Custard to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Take two small serving bowls (baking dishes)
  3. Roll out two Gifflar in each bowl and lay flat
  4. Place a whole roll on top, with the swirl facing up.
  5. Whisk eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, baking powder, milk and cream in a saucepan and heat over medium heat on the stove.
  6. Distribute in the molds.
  7. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon mixed with a pinch of sugar.
  8. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with custard.
