Wheat flour, water, sifted rye flour, syrup, whole wheat flour*, cut whole rye*, sourdough made from wholemeal rye* and wheat, wheat gluten, scalded wheat flour, rapeseed oil, wheat sprouts, barley malt, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

Total rye content: 21%.

*Wholegrain content: 11%, equivalent to 16% of dry weight.
