Sub with chicken and bacon


Ingredients

4 pers.

  • 4 x Pågen Subs BRÖD
  • 1 batch of curry mustard spread (recipe below)
  • 40 g baby spinach
  • 200 g grilled chicken, sliced
  • 8 rashers bacon, cooked
  • 12 slices of vine tomato
  • 16 slices of jalapenos, from a jar

Curry mustard spread

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp ready-made curry paste
  • 2 tsp runny honey
  • 120 g light cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Mix together the curry mustard spread.
  2. Put the spread on the bottom and top of the bread.
  3. Divide the spinach, chicken, bacon, tomato and jalapenos between the bottom bread slices.
  4. Add the top slices and serve.
