Ingredients
1 Hönökaka
Butter
350 g peeled, fresh prawns
2 hard-boiled eggs
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Dill tops
Lemon wedges
Method
Divide a Hönökaka into the desired size and spread butter on each half.
Add the prawns, halved boiled eggs, mayonnaise and dill.
Add a few twists of white pepper over the topping and serve with a lemon wedge.
