- 1 Hönökaka
- 350 g peeled, fresh prawns
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Dill tops
- Lemon wedges
- Divide a Hönökaka into the desired size and spread butter on each half.
- Add the prawns, halved boiled eggs, mayonnaise and dill.
- Add a few twists of white pepper over the topping and serve with a lemon wedge.
