Prawn sandwich


  • 1 Hönökaka
  • Butter
  • 350 g peeled, fresh prawns
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Dill tops
  • Lemon wedges


  1. Divide a Hönökaka into the desired size and spread butter on each half.
  2. Add the prawns, halved boiled eggs, mayonnaise and dill.
  3. Add a few twists of white pepper over the topping and serve with a lemon wedge.
