Ingredients
1 Hönökaka
Butter
Rocket leaves
200 g peeled prawns
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp finely-chopped onion
Dill tops
Chives, finely chopped
150 g crème fraiche
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp bleak roe or other roe
Method
Roughly chop the prawns, egg, dill and chives and put into a bowl.
Chop the onion very finely and add to the bowl.
Add crème fraiche, mayonnaise and roe. Careful stir the ingredients together.
Divide a Hönökaka into the desired size. Spread the butter on the bread, divide the rocket and add a slice of the Hönöröra on top.
