Ingredients

  • 1 Pågen Subs BRÖD
  • ¼ apple
  • ¼ carrot
  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices ham

Method

  1. Peel and grate the apple and carrot
  2. Mix with the cottage cheese and seasoning.
  3. Slice the tomato.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the bread, add the ham and top with the sliced tomato.
