Croque monsieur


Ingredients

  • 1 slice Roast 'n Toast  
  • butter  
  • Dijon mustard 
  • 2 slices ham  
  • 2 slices cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).  
  2. Spread the butter over the bread.  
  3. Spread on the mustard.  
  4. Add the ham and cheese.  
  5. Put the open sandwich on a baking tray and bake on the middle shelf for around 10 minutes.
