Mix the crème fraiche with the garlic and add salt & pepper to taste.
- Divide the courgette, tomato and pepper over half the bread slices.
- Add a dollop of the seasoned crème fraiche over the vegetables and add two slices of the ham.
- Add the other half of the bread on top, as a sandwich lid. Press together and grill in a toastie maker or waffle iron.
- Slice into neat portions before serving.
