LantGoda is an unsweetened sourdough bread with the mellow rustic tone of Nordic wholegrain wheat. Spelt and oats, plus yellow linseed and wheat germ give the bread character. The flavour is rounded off with extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Österlen.
Wheat flour, water, wholemeal flour*, spelt flour, crushed wholegrain spelt/spelt wheat*, yeast, rolled oats*, yellow linseed, blanched wheat, wheat gluten, wheat sourdough (2%), salt, cold-pressed rapeseed oil (1%), wheat germ, durum wheat, barley malt and wheat malt.
*Wholegrain content: 20%, equivalent to 25% of dry weight. Spelt content: 15%.
