Sourdough bread with cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Österlen

It is light for almost a full 24 hours, which provides additional growing power to the seeds in Sweden's best grain growing areas and to the rapeseed in Österlen. For our sourdough bread, we grind seeds in our own mills and the rapeseed is cold-pressed into extra virgin rapeseed oil.
