SkördeLycka is a moist sourdough bread made with Nordic wholegrain wheat. Rye and durum give this bread its character, with cranberries for sweetness and a hint of fresh sharpness. The flavour is rounded off with extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Österlen.

Water, wholemeal flour*, wheat flour, chopped wholegrain rye*, wholegrain durum wheat*, wheat gluten, rye and wheat sourdough (4%), cranberries (3%), apple, sunflower seeds, sugar, yeast, cold-pressed rapeseed oil (1.5%), corn, rice, salt.

*Wholegrain content: 35%, equivalent to 47% of dry weight.
