This is a soft and light bread inspired by an old recipe from Österlen. The bread has a beautiful golden crust sprinkled with sunflower seeds. The delightful taste derives from an excellent balance between the mellow acidity from the sour dough in combination with a fresh salty touch and a light stroke of fruity sweetness. The sunflower seeds and the rapeseed oil from Gunnarshögs Gård brings a nutty and toasted aftertaste to the bread.
