KärnSund is an unsweetened sourdough bread rich in whole grains. Baked using Nordic rye together with durum wheat and chopped rye kernels gives the bread its flavour and structure. The flavour is rounded off with extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Österlen.
Water, chopped wholegrain rye*, wheat flour, wholegrain durum wheat*, wheat gluten, wheat and wholegrain rye sourdough*(5%), barley malt, cold-pressed rapeseed oil (1.5%), yeast, rye flour and salt.
*Wholegrain content: 35%, equivalent to 50% of dry weight.
Rye content: 22%.
