Wort bread

We have traveled back in time to recreate our original recipe from 1892. Enjoy a good wort bread with deep full flavor and clear notes of pomerans, cloves and cardamom.

Wheat flour, water, syrup, sifted rye flour,  whole rye and wheat sourdough, wheat gluten, beer malt of barley and hops, scalded whole oat flour, wort of barley, rapeseed oil, yeast, scalded whole rye flour, spices ((seville orange, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger) 1%), licorice,  salt.
