This Bondlimpa is made out of a classic Swedish farmer's bread recipe - juicy and soft with a large portion of tradition. The hearty bread is baked with prime South Swedish rye flour from the fields around our mill Lilla Harrie. Enjoy this Bondlimpa with its round, full taste of malt and rye sour-dough.
Wheat flour, water, sifted rye flour (16%), rye sourdough (10%)*, syrup, wholemeal rye flour (4%)*, rye scalding (3%)*, wheat gluten, rapeseed oil, malt of barley and rye (3%)*, yeast and salt.
Wholegrain content: 12%, equivalent to 16% of dry weight.
