Chicken mango Sub

  • 1 Pågen Subs BRÖD
  • 3 tbsp soft cheese, e.g. Philadelphia
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1-2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 cm fresh cucumber
  • 1/2 fried/grilled chicken
  • 1-2 slices cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Spread the soft cheese on both halves of the sub.
  2. Dollop on half of the chutney.
  3. Wash the vegetables.
  4. Tear the lettuce, cut the tomato and cucumber, and add to the sub.
  5. Cut the chicken into thin slices and add on top.
  6. Top with the cheese slices.
